Kalki Henenberg Hypnotherapy

I offer online and in person mindfulness-based therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.  I also draw on my Art Therapy training, as well as movement/ physical health and spiritual sensibility.  I take a holistic approach: each individual is unique.  I work with people to help them help themselves, by building inner resources, resilience and self-efficacy.  So many life-problems stem from anxiety and I find that most issues of anxiety respond well to this combination of hypnosis, empathy, cognitive reappraisal and connection with one's own core values, body and spirit.
